This is Zucchini Cakes a l'anorexie!
1.5 cups grated zucchini: 72 cals-when cooked
2 sticks of green onions chopped: like 15?
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese: eck 50 cals (but necessary...)
1 tbsp light mayo: 35-50 cals (depends on the brand)
tsp paprika:0
1/2 tsp salt:0
1 egg white:16
tbsp chopped roast garlic: 0
1 tsp* whole grain dijon mustard: (0-10 depending on your brand)
'lil nutmeg:0
lil' pepper:0
1/4 cup of raw bran: 35 (if i eat alot of fibre I feel like it doesn't count as much....weird)

** i usually use alot more garlic and mustard cause I love the extra kick.

Try to drain the zucchini of as much liquid as possible... mix it all together, and form it into 6 cakes.
Put it in your pre-heated to 350* oven, on a non-stick pan (or use a little spray if you wanna risk the extra 4-10 cals!)
20 mins on the first side, 20 minutes on the other and
BAM! A whole 'meal' for only 223 cals.... or be like me.... Eat two a day at work so people won't rag on you. They're small, but they look surprisingly like junk food and actually, they taste great.

As you can see I'm neurotic, and can only eat things that I know I can burn off in two hours just sitting and breathing.

Anyway this is what i ate today!

Down a pound today.
I was so ready for fasting, and then boom: Everyone foiled me.
I ate half the bagel my boss bought me + fucking cream cheese
and half a bowl of oatmeal my bf made me eat on the phone
Now I have 317 calories under my belt, and I didn't even want it.
I could have made zuchinni cakes. Seven of them at only 176 calories
for all of them. Now, that would have helped me enjoy the act of eating alot more.
Now that I've been force fed. I hate it even more.
I hope I still loose.
Want to get down to 105 lbs by the end of March.
I've wanted to hit that goal for almost a year now.
Fuck that's depressing. One year, and the closest I've gotten was 108
and stayed there. Always struggling to maintain. Never even getting the chance to loose.
This is the battle of living with your BF.
